Are you stuck in a cycle doing the same things over and over again?

We will be looking at systems and processes – understanding why they are helpful and how SYSTEMS can help you to Save Your Self Time Energy and Money.

You will learn how to:

• look at your business to identify the most frequently occurring tasks

• to objectively look at these tasks and design systems to standardise them and make them easier

• implement the systems – including engaging your team in them and

• measure your results to see the improvements

A little bit of theory, practical tips and clear actions for you to take away to get a smoother, more efficient business.

About Jenni Morgan

Jenni owns and runs ActionCOACH Wakefield working with the owners of businesses from start up to multi-million pound turnover to help you achieve your dreams. Whether you want to make more money, work less hours or get your team working really effectively Jenni or one of the team can help you and your business.

Having started her ActionCOACH franchise three years ago Jenni now has a team of seven people all working to help grow the local economy by helping business owners to be as successful as possible. She walks the walk with a coach of her own and is on a mission to build a business that can work without her whilst at the same time providing employment for local people.

Jenni’s background is a diverse range of business experience. Having graduated with a First Class Engineering Degree she joined Mars Incorporated on their graduate programme and stayed for almost fifteen years. During that time she earnt an MBA, received fantastic leadership and management training, learnt how to coach and worked in pretty much every business function.

When she eventually moved on she ran her own Marketing Consultancy for a few years – working with one major business (~£100m turnover), several start-ups and a charity. She freely admits this was setting up a business by accident rather than design in order to get paid for one of the pieces of work - something she has in common with some of her clients.

After moving back “Up North” from London to be closer to family she joined an SME as Head of Marketing and lived the challenges of being part of a small business, which led her to wanting to do more to help business owners in similar situations and eventually to ActionCOACH as the means to doing that. This time she set the business up deliberately to help others, to increase employment and to help drive and the local economy.
