EndtoEnd IT are proud to announce that they have won the Innovation Award at the Mid Yorkshire Chamber Business Awards.

The innovation award is designed to recognise businesses that have changed or created their business strategy in a creative or resourceful way to identify new ways of working in response to Covid-19.

The award ceremony was organised by the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, who have been representing the Halifax, Huddersfield and Wakefield business communities for over 168 years.

The applicants were judged on evidence showing how their businesses successfully overcame the challenges of the past year to continue to grow and show creativity despite the lockdowns.

EndtoEnd IT, who are based in Ripponden in West Yorkshire, provide software for window and door companies across the country.

Although their software has always been designed to be used from any location and on any device that can connect to the internet, EndtoEnd IT still encountered various challenges during the lockdowns.

Having previously provided all training for their new and existing customers face-to-face, and with more customers wanting to switch to use integrate, EndtoEnd IT needed to quickly adapt to offer remote training to all new and existing customers.

Gareth O’Brien, Director at EndtoEnd IT, commented:

“Despite the problems presented to us over the past couple of years, I am proud that as a team we have risen to overcome these challenges.

This has resulted in our customer base increasing by 235% since March 2020, with the value of work being quoted on integrate in March 2022 reaching over £66 million.

With restrictions now having been lifted, depending where you are located, we can offer new customers the choice of either face-to-face or remote on-boarding and training.

We are proud to have won this award reflecting all the hard work by our team as we strive to provide our customers with the best joinery management software to help grow their window business, helping to increase their efficiency, productivity and ultimately profits.
