Barry at Mindset Performance is continuing his passion for developing people as he moves in to the Automotive Sector.
Barry will be working with Halfords and National Tyres and Autocare centres across the region as they embed a new customer booking and invoicing system which will streamline the whole customer experience.
A significant change for the National Tyres teams and Barry will focus on training the teams to navigate the new system and maintain their focus on the exceptional customer experience we expect from them.
As we all know change can be a challenging time and Barry will work with the team on an individual basis using training methods that encourage people to get out of their comfort zone and have a go on the system, this will be followed by the most crucial element of training which is observation, feedback and coaching which will increase confidence and competence.
In addition to this Barry continues to develop the Mindset Performance portfolio of training and development solutions for all other sectors. A training programme about to be added is a new bespoke On-Boarding Programme.
This will be available at the end of May for any size of businesses wanting to add a structured experience for new starters and will speed up the time taken to make a positive contribution to the business.
