Beanie Media

Based in Denby Dale, Huddersfield, Beanie Media was founded by two young digital enthusiasts, Melissa Roberts and Daniel Atkinson, to provide a fresh-minded and tangible approach to helping businesses increase their turnover after seeing a gap in the local market for a young, dynamic digital agency.

Founded in 2018 by then 18-year-old Melissa and Daniel, Beanie Media is now a team of five young professionals, including Media Buyer Ashley Pinder, web developer Mohammed Sufyaan, and digital marketing assistant Mark Whitehead.

Beanie Media offers web design and development, alongside eCommerce advertising to organisations various sizes, from start-ups to established organisations trading internationally.

Melissa said: “Beanie Media has come a long way since 2018, from being nominated for the Yorkshire Start-up of the Year in our first year of business, to a nomination for Business of the Year and I was thrilled to personally be put forward for Business Woman of the Year in the Yorkshire Choice Awards 2019.”

Despite the pandemic, Beanie Media has won contracts with a number of local businesses in 2020 including pet manufacturer, Pawty UK, cycling charity, Streetbikes and medical regulator, Woodley BioReg.
